We Are ALL Winners!…

We Are ALL Winners!…

The Real Winners in Games is a powerful lesson that helps parents and teachers reshape how children understand winning and losing.

In this session, Teacher Emil introduces a simple yet impactful closing exercise where, at the end of any game, all children are invited to raise their hands when asked, “All my winners, raise your hands.”

This moment becomes an opportunity to redefine winning—not as coming first, earning a medal, or achieving the highest score, but as showing up, trying, persevering, and having the courage to participate.
Children learn that anyone who tries wins something meaningful, whether it is experience, confidence, courage, or improvement.

This lesson guides adults on how to close games with purpose, reduce fear of failure, and build confidence in every child, not just the top performers. By shifting the focus from outcome to effort, we help children become more willing to participate, more resilient in challenges, and more confident in themselves, understanding that the real winners are those who keep trying and never give up.
