So, who am I?

I’m Emil Antoan—Founder and CEO of Stage for Kids Global, Principal Trainer, and Behavioral Technologist. Over the last two decades, I’ve dedicated my life to creative drama, storytelling, music, public speaking, and early childhood development. I’ve worked with thousands of children, parents, and educators worldwide, building tools and experiences that transform how we communicate and connect.

What you’ll find here isn’t pulled from a textbook or theoretical fluff. The skills, techniques, and ideas shared across this platform come straight from my own real-world experience, trial-and-error, and hands-on global journey.

Our main mission? To focus on US.

I show up as my true, adult self. That means I speak to you as an adult. I might swear, use real-world language, and speak my mind plainly. We are not in a classroom with children here; we are grown-ups doing real work.

I tackle the taboo, uncomfortable, and real-life subjects. Real life isn’t sugar-coated. I regularly bring up important, hard, or taboo topics so we can dissect them and turn them into powerful learning opportunities.

Global perspective, universal respect. Rooted in my international background, I believe fiercely in equality, fairness, and respect for all forms of life and every diverse background, identity, and expression of who people are.

These opinions are mine, but respect is mutual. We don’t always have to agree on everything, and that’s completely fine—diversity of thought makes us better. The non-negotiable here is that we remain respectful, kind, and open-minded.
