Monthly Guest Speaker & Workshop Series
When: Last Saturday of every month
What it is: A dedicated monthly virtual seminar designed to inspire, equip, and empower both educators and parents. Each session features an invited guest speaker or a community member leading a workshop on child development, creative learning strategies, soft skills, or practical guidance for home and classroom.
Why join: Gain actionable strategies from guest experts, exchange real-world perspectives with fellow parents and teachers, and participate in interactive Q&A sessions.

Book Writing Club
When: Every 2nd Sunday of every month
What it is: A collaborative co-working and brainstorming space for parents and educators working on book projects. Whether you are writing a children’s story, an educational guide, a family journal, or a personal manuscript, this monthly virtual meetup offers structured time and peer support at every stage of the writing process.
Why join: Get dedicated writing time, test out concepts with an encouraging sounding board, gather constructive feedback, and stay motivated to bring your book to life.

ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To maintain a secure, collaborative, and engaging environment for everyone, all attendees must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Advance Reservation Required: Registration is mandatory for all virtual sessions to secure your spot and receive entry links.
2. English Communication: Respectfully use English for all verbal and written communications during the sessions. For the Book Writing Club, participants are welcome to write books in any language, but all group discussions, feedback, and peer interactions must be conducted in English.
3. Live Video & Audio Presence:
Book Writing Club: Active presence is required for the entire duration of the session. All participants must have their cameras turned on and microphones working to engage, co-work, and collaborate. In the event of high registration numbers, we may divide participants into smaller breakout rooms, each facilitated by an assigned room leader.
Guest Speaker & Workshop Series: Live camera presence is optional but strongly encouraged as good etiquette to support our speakers and facilitators.
4. Technical Setup & Zero-Tolerance Camera Policy:
Please test your camera and microphone before joining the meeting.
For Book Writing Club: To protect the privacy and focus of our collaborative space, any participant whose camera remains turned off for longer than 5 minutes will be removed from the session automatically without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Plagiarism: All ideas, outlines, drafts, and manuscripts shared during the Book Writing Club remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective creators. Participants must treat all member work with complete respect. Copying, stealing, or plagiarizing another participant’s work in any form is strictly prohibited.
6. Strictly No Recording:
Recording of any form (video, audio, screen capture, or software recording) by participants is strictly prohibited during all virtual sessions.
Official Replays: For the Guest Speaker & Workshop Series, only the InspirationforEducators team is authorized to record the session. Official recordings will be made available to all platform members within 3 days following the workshop.
Violations: Anyone who violates recording, plagiarism, or conduct rules will be removed from the session immediately. Membership to InspirationforEducators.com may be automatically revoked without refund. If a recording is deemed to pose potential safety or security risks, it may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
7. Respectful Conduct: We maintain a supportive, inclusive, and professional environment. All members are expected to interact respectfully with speakers, hosts, room leaders, and fellow attendees at all times.
